摘要
邻乙酰水杨酸经氯化亚砜酰氯化制得邻乙酰水杨酰氯,以N,N′-二乙基甲酰胺为溶剂,吡啶为缚酸剂,与2-氨基-5-硝基噻唑缩合反应制得硝唑尼特,收率为78.9%(以2-氨基-5-硝基噻唑计),含量为98.8%(HPLC)。化合物结构经1H NMR、IR确证。
o-Acetylsalicylryl chloride was synthesized by acetylsalicylic acid and sulfurous oxychloride.Nitazoxanide was synthesized by 2-amino-5-nitro-thiazole and o-acetylsalicylryl chloride,with N,N′-diethylformamide as solvent and pyridine as tied acid agents,The yield was 78.9% with 2-amino-5-nitro-thiazole as calculation,and the purity of nitazoxanide was 98.8% by HPLC.The structure of the product was identified by IR and 1H NMR.
