摘要
收集不同来源的僵蚕药材,采用浓硝酸-高氯酸(4∶1,V/V)混合溶液消解僵蚕样品,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定其中的Mn、Fe、Cu、Zn、Mg含量,共测定了6种僵蚕样品中的金属元素含量。僵蚕中金属元素含量为Mg>Fe>Zn>Mn>Cu。测定方法的回收率为94.4%—105.8%,相对标准偏差为0.25%—2.07%。僵蚕中含有较丰富的金属元素,其中Mg、Fe、Zn的含量较高。该方法快速、灵敏、准确。
The different sources of Bombyx Batryticatus were collected,and the samples were digested by concentrated nitric acid and perchloric acid(4∶1,V/V),and the contents of Mn,Fe,Cu,Zn,Mg in the sample solution was determined by FAAS,and metal elements contents of six kinds in Bombyx Batryticatus samples were determined.The contents of metal elements in Bombyx Batryticatus were:MgFeZnMnCu.The recovery of this method was in the range of 94.4%—105.8%,and the RSD was between 0.25% and 2.07%.There are abundant metal elements in Bombyx Batryticatus,especially,the contents of Mg,Fe and Zn are high.The method is fast,sensitive and accuracy.
