摘要
利用索氏提取法提取火棘果中总黄酮,以芦丁为对照品,紫外分光光度法测定其含量。在波长418nm处芦丁在浓度5—30μg.mL-1范围内具有良好线性关系,其相关系数r=0.9997。该方法简便、重现性好,可作为火棘中总黄酮含量测定的一种方法。
The total flavonoids in the fruit of Pyracantha fortuneana（Maxim.） Li were extracted by Soxhlet extraction method and determined by UV spectrophotometry with rutin as reference standard.The rutin had a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 5—30μg·mL-1,and the correlation coefficient was 0.9997 at 418nm.The method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility,and can be used to determine the content of total flavones in Pyracantha fortuneana（Maxim.）Li.
