摘要
建立了化妆品中4种4-羟基苯甲酸酯类防腐剂HPLC的快速测定新方法,该方法采用自制的C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)为分离柱,以甲醇-水(70∶30,V/V)为流动相,检测波长为254nm。结果表明,该检测方法比《化妆品卫生规范》(2007版)更简单,检出限远低于规范中的限量,达到0.0001—0.0003μg,而且实现了4种4-羟基苯甲酸酯类防腐剂的快速分离,4种防腐剂在10—300μg/mL范围内呈良好线性关系(r≥0.9998),平均回收率为98.7%—111.9%,相对标准偏差为0.19%—0.79%。方法操作简单,分析速度快、灵敏度高,适合日常化妆品防腐剂的快速分析测定。
A new method for rapid determination of four kind 4-hydroxy benzoic acid ester preservatives by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was developed.A home-made C18 column(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)was used with a mobile phase consist of methanol-water(70∶30,V/V).The detection wavelength was 254nm was.The results showed that the detection method was simpler than the "Hygienic Standard for Cosmetics(2007 edition)",and the limits of detection were from 0.0001 to 0.0003μg that were lower than the limits of quantitation in standard.The four kind 4-hydroxy benzoic acid ester preservatives can be quickly separated,and the four kind preservatives had the good linear relationships(r≥0.9998) between 10μg/mL and 300μg/mL.The average recoveries for the four preservatives ranged from 98.7% to 111.9% with relative standard deviations of 0.19%—0.79%.The method has fast analysis and high sensitivity,and is suit to fast determination of preservatives in cosmetic.
