大孔吸附树脂分离纯化巫山淫羊藿总黄酮 被引量:3

Separation and Purification of Total Flavones from Epimedium wushaense T.S.Ying by Macroreticular Resin

摘要 筛选适合分离纯化巫山淫羊藿总黄酮的大孔吸附树脂并确立纯化工艺参数。以对总黄酮的吸附容量、解吸附率、吸附速率为指标,筛选D101、DM301、AB-8 3种大孔吸附树脂,并对最适树脂进行洗脱液浓度和洗脱液用量的工艺参数考察。结果AB-8型大孔树脂对巫山淫羊藿总黄酮的吸附容量、解吸附率、吸附速率均大于其他两种树脂,洗脱液以50%乙醇最佳,洗脱液用量3.6BV即可,纯化后总黄酮含量可达70.20%。该工艺简便、成本低,可用于工业化生产。 The suitable resin to separate and purify the total flavones from Epimedium wushaense T.S.Ying was screened and the optimum technological parameters of purification was established.D101,DM301,AB-8 types of macroreticular resin were used to separate and purify total flavones.The guidelines of investigation were adsorption capacity,elution ratio and adsorption velocity.The adsorption capacity,elution ratio and adsorption velocity of the AB-8 type of macroreticular resin were better than the other two types.The best elution liquid was 50% alcohol and the dosage was 3.6BV.The content of the total flavones was over 70.20% after being separated and purified.The technics is simple,convenient,inexpensive and is suit for production.
