摘要
科学技术已成为当今社会发展的主要因素,技术表现也成为建筑创作的主要手段。而旧建筑改造的实践不同于新建筑,它是新旧体系有机融合的结果,这使得旧建筑改造中的技术选择及技术应用也具有了自身的特征。通过分析旧建筑改造中技术因素的自身价值及逻辑特征,总结其运用手法,以期对旧建筑改造的实践有所帮助。
Science and technology have become the main factor of social development, and the technical representation has also become the primary means of architectural creation. But the practice of the old building renevation is different from that of a new construction, which is an organic integration result of old and new systems. This endows the technology selection and technology application of old buildings with its own characteristics. This article tries to analyze the technical self-value and logical characteristics in the renovation of old buildings, summarizes the means of technology application, which would be useful for the practice of old building renovation.
