摘要
以研究钢纤维混凝土试件之间的尺寸效应为目的,通过试验,对不同尺寸试件在腐蚀龄期内的抗折强度和抗压强度进行测试,按照定义的抗压和抗折强度尺寸效应计算方法,研究不同浸泡环境下试件之间的尺寸效应值。结果表明,不同环境下,相同尺寸棱柱体试件的折后抗压强度折算到标准试件抗压强度的尺寸换算系数是相同的,不同尺寸的棱柱体试件及其标准试件的抗压强度尺寸效应值分别为0.94、0.86、1.00;其抗折强度尺寸效应值分别为0.73、0.77、1.05。本工作为在腐蚀试验中采用小尺寸试件代替标准尺寸试件提供可靠的理论依据。
By testing flexural strength and compressive strength of different size samples during the corrosion age, it was studied the size effect values among steel fiber reinforced concrete samples with different size. According to the calculation method by definition, it was also studied the compressive strength size effect and the flexural strength size effect under the environment of different solutions. The results show that the compressive strength size conversion coefficient is the same between the non-standard sizes steel fiber reinforced concrete specimens and the standard steel fiber reinforced concrete specimens; the compressive strength size effect values are 0.94,0.86 and 1.00 from the non-standard specimens to the standard specimens; the flexural strength size effect values are 0.73,0.77 and 1.05. Thus a reliable theoretic basis could be provided for using the small size specimen instead of standard size specimen in corrosion tests.
