预调质处理对商用车后桥半轴疲劳性能影响的研究

摘要 针对中碳非调质钢后桥半轴和预调质处理的42CrMoH钢后桥半轴进行了半轴表面硬化层微观组织结构和疲劳性能对比试验研究。试验结果表明,预调质处理对后桥半轴组织细化、晶界钉扎和形核过程产生不利影响,使疲劳性能恶化;非调质钢后桥半轴的静态扭转强度和疲劳强度均比预调质处理后桥半轴显著提高,其中疲劳寿命提高1倍以上。指出,取消调质处理工艺,可节约能耗,降低生产成本。 Comparative test and research were made to the microstructure and fatigue performance of the surface hardened layer of driving axle half shaft subjected to non-quenched and tempered medium carbon and 42CrMoH steel driving axle half shaft which is subjected to pre-quenching treatment. Test results showthat pre-quenehing treatment has adverse impact to structure retqnement, grain boundary pinnirig and nucleation process, and deteriorate fatigue performance. Static torsion strength and fatigue strength of non-quenched steel driving axle half shaft are much better than that of pre-quenehed driving axle half shaft, its fatigue life is improved by more than one time. The results indicates that elimination of quenching treatment can save energy consumption and reduce oroduetion cost.
