摘要
目的:检测植物柚(商品名是3D紫晶青春肽)对能引起机体氧化毒性或过氧化损伤的几种主要自由基的清除作用。方法:利用电子自旋共振(ESR)技术和ABTS等方法进行相关实验研究。结果:植物楹(商品名是3D紫晶青春肽)的终浓度仅为原液1/1800时对超氧阴离子自由基、其终浓度仅为原液1/45000时对羟基自由基、其终浓度仅为原液1/1000时对DPPH自由基、其终浓度仅为原液1/120时对脂类自由基、其终浓度仅为原液1/1000时对ABTS自由基的清除率均可达到50%左右。结论:植物j血(商品名是3D紫晶青春肽)具有十分有效直接清除多种自由基的作用,显示出其显著的抗氧化功能。这种良好的抗氧化生物学效应,对于机体主动防御、早期干预过多自由基的氧化损伤或减轻由过剩自由基所引起的相关老年性疾病和衰老等具有积极意义。
OBJECTIVE: To detect the Bloodymary (3D Zijing Youth Peptides) ' s function of scavenging some free radicals which may cause oxidative toxicity or peroxidative damage. METHOD: Electron spin resonance (ESR) techniques and ABTS methods were used in the experiments. RESULTS: When the final concentration of the stock solution of Bloodymary (3D Zijing Youth Peptides) was only 1/1800 the superoxide anion free radical scavenging rate could reach 50% ; When that concentration was only 1/45000 the hydroxyl radicals scavenging rate could reach 50% ; When that concentration was 1/1000 the DPPH free radical scavenging rate could reach 50% ; When that concentration was 1/120 the lipid radicals scavenging rate could reach 50% ; When the concentration was 1/1000 the ABTS free radical scavenging rate could reach 50%. CONCLUSIONS: Bloodymary (3D Zijing Youth Peptides) has significant antioxidation that can directly scavenge various free radicals. This good biological effect has the important meaning in body active defense, early intervention of oxidative damage and reduction of age - related diseases caused by excess free radicals.
