摘要
面部皮肤老化不仅包括皮肤的松弛和皱纹，还包括质地改变、色素沉着和血管扩张等综合表现。激光以其单色性、相干性、准直性的特点具有选择性光热作用。不同波长激光产生的热量，在皮肤内被不同的靶色素基团的分子吸收，以此达到对靶组织精确的破坏。因而，激光在皮肤的老化治疗中有独特的优势。本文对激光技术发展及在皮肤老化方面的治疗作一综述。
Skin aging includes not only skin laxitas and wrinkle, but also the change of texture, hyperpigmentation and anapetia. Based on the properties of monochromatic colour, coherence and Collimation, laser has selective photothermy. The heat delivered by different wavelengths laser will be absorbed by different target chromogenes in the skin to accomplish precise destruction of the target tissues. So it has the advantages in the treatment of skin aging. This paper reviews the development of laser technology and the treatment of skin aging.
