经皮血管内支架成形术治疗缺血性脑血管病临床观察

Clinical study of percutaneous transluminal angioplasty and stenting of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases

目的观察血管内支架成形术治疗缺血性脑血管病(ICVD)的疗效及安全性。方法对25例血管内支架成形术的ICVD患者进行回顾性分析及随访,观察手术疗效。结果 25例患者,手术成功率96%,术后症状改善24例,其中5例发生围手术期并发症,术前、术后NIHSS评分依次下降,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论血管内支架成形术对防治缺血性脑血管病安全、有效。

[ Objective ] To study the efficiency and safety of the percutaneous transluminal angioplasty and stent- ing of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases （ICVD）. [Methods] Intravascular stenting for cerebrovascular stenosis were pereformed to 25 ICVD patients, Retrospective review and follow up the patients, and the curative were be observed. [ Results ] The technical successful rate of operation is 96% to the 25 patients. The complications were occurred in 5 cases. After operation, the symptoms amelioration in 24 cases. The NIHSS scores decease in turn of pre-operation, after operation. There is significant difference analyzed by statistics （P 〈0.01）. [Conclusion] Intravascular stenting was safe and effective to prevent and cure ICD~.
