摘要
目的:采用微波消解ICP-MS电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定中药材中8种重金属Pb、Cd、Cr、Cu、As、Hg、Sb、Sn元素含量。方法:微波-硝酸消解处理药材样品。通过在线加入内标Y元素的方法来校正由于样品中基体效应和仪器信号漂移对测量所造成的影响。结果:各元素线性良好,相关系数均≥0.9996;相对标准偏差(n=7)≤8.01%;8种重金属元素检出限范围为0.0001~0.003μg.L-1;用国家一级标准参考物质评价了方法的准确性,回收率为90.1%~114.3%。结论:实验结果表明该方法较为简便、快速、准确,能满足中药材中8种重金属元素同时分析检测的要求。
Objective:To develop a inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)method to determine eight heavy metal elements such as Pb,Cd,Cr,Cu,As,Hg,Sb,Sn in traditional Chinese medicine.Method: The samples were dissolved by microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)with Y as internal standard to correct the interference.Results: A good linear relationship was obtained,the limits of detections were in the range of 0.0001–0.003 μg·L-1,r≥0.9996,RSD≤8.01%;The recovery rate was 90.1%–114.3%.Conclusion: The method is simple,rapid,accurate and reliable.
