Modern Service Industry Promotes Urban Transformation:Strategic Lead and Path Breakthrough

通过构建服务经济体系来实现城市的转型升级,是国际城市发展的共同规律。当前我国的大城市进入转型发展的新阶段,面向"十二五"及未来一个较长的时期,应在转变经济发展方式的主线之下,以制度的创新、多重倒逼机制的实施来加快建立服务经济体系,并充分发挥现代服务业在引领城市的产业升级、结构调整、要素集聚、资源配置以及空间重组等方面的系统功能,促进城市自身整体的转型发展、能级提升,进而探索出具有中国特色的服务业推动城市转型的战略路径。

Building a service economy system to achieve urban transformation and upgrading is one of common rules of international urban development.Currently,Chinese large cities are entering into the transition to a new development stage.Facing the Twelfth Five-Year plan and a longer period of time,Chinese cities should speed up to establish service economy system and give full play to the function of leading the urban industrial upgrading,structural adjustment,resource allocation,space reorganization with the implementation of system innovation and multi-reversed transmission,under the main line of economic development transformation.In this way,it can promote urban transformation development and function level ascension,and then explore the strategic path of service industry to promote urban transformation with Chinese characteristics.
