急性冠状动脉综合征患者血清Apelin表达水平与Gensini评分的相关性研究 被引量:1

Correlation between the level of Apelin in serum and Gensini scorein patients with acute coronary syndrome

摘要 目的:探讨急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)患者血清Apelin表达水平及其与Gensini评分的相关性。方法:75例ACS患者分为不稳定型心绞痛(UA)组28例,急性非ST段抬高型心肌梗死(NSTEMI)组11例,急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)组36例,另取13例冠状动脉造影正常者作为对照组。采用Elisa法检测各组血清Apelin表达水平并进行比较,冠状动脉病变程度评分采用Gensini评分系统,分析Apelin表达水平与Gensini评分的关系。结果:Apelin水平从高到低依次为:对照组[(346.38±61.93)ng/L]、UA组[(231.37±67.28)ng/L]、NSTEMI组[(146.59±73.77)ng/L]和STEMI组[(93.46±42.40)ng/L],4组间两两比较均差异有统计学意义(均P<0.001)。相关性检验显示,Apelin表达水平与Gensini评分成负相关(r=-0.426,P<0.001)。结论:血清Apelin水平可能参与了ACS的病理生理过程,其水平越低,冠状动脉病变程度越严重。 Objective:To investigate whether serum levels of Apelin are associated with the Gensini score in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS). Method:Seventy-five patients with ACS were divided into 3 groups: 28 patients with unstable angina(UA),11 patients with non-ST elevation myocardial(NSTEMI) and 36 patients with ST elevation myocardial(STEMI),while 13 normal angiography as control group.The level of Apelin in serum was detected with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay way,Gensini Scores was used to assess the severity of coronary atery disease.The correlation between the level of Apelin and Gensini score was analyzed. Result:The levels of Apelin from high to low in turn were: control group [(346.38±61.93)ng/L],UA group [(231.37±67.28)ng/L],NSTEMI group [(146.59±73.77)ng/L] and STEMI group [(93.46±42.40)ng/L].There were significant statistical differences among 4 groups(P〈0.001).Correlation test showed that level of Apelin negatively relate to Gensini score(r=-0.426,P〈0.001). Conclusion:The levels of Apelin might involve in the pathogenesis of ACS.Moreover,the activity of Apelin is negatively correlated with the severity of the coronary artery lesions.
