脉血康胶囊对急性脑梗死患者脑血流及血管内皮功能的影响 被引量:9

摘要 目的:观察脉血康胶囊对急性脑梗死患者脑血流及血管内皮功能的影响。方法:急性脑梗死患者240例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。2组均进行常规神经内科基础治疗,治疗组加以脉血康胶囊各治疗3个月。分别于治疗前、后进行神经功能缺损评分,应用经颅多普勒(TCD)进行脑血流检测,检测血浆内皮素-1(ET-1)及血清一氧化氮(NO)的含量。结果:治疗后,2组患者的神经功能缺损评分均较治疗前降低,脉血康胶囊治疗组的低于对照组(P<0.05),血流速度的改善较对照组明显(P<0.05);脉血康胶囊治疗组和对照组患者治疗后血浆ET-1含量明显降低,血清NO浓度较治疗前显著升高(均P<0.05),治疗后脉血康胶囊组ET-1和NO含量与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:脉血康胶囊治疗急性脑梗死疗效良好,对急性脑梗死患者的神经功能和脑血流有明显改善作用,改善血管内皮细胞功能。 OBJECTIVE To study the influence of Maixuekang capsules on vascular endothelium function and cerebral blood flow in patients with acute cerebral Infarction. METItODS 240 patients with acute cerebral Infarction were randomly divided into control group and Maixuekang capsules group. Both groups received the routine treatment for 3 months, besides, patients in the Maixuekang capsules group were treated with Maixuekang capsules. The treatment efficacy was assessed by neurological function deficit evaluation. The cerebral blood flow was measured by transcranial Doppler (TCD) and the variation of the levels of NO, ET-1 before and 3 months after treatment. RESULTS The scores of neurological function deficit evaluation of all patients in each group decreased after treatment, but the scores of the Maixuekang capsules group were obviously lower than that of the control group (P〈0. 05), and the results of TCD of the Maixuekang capsules group were also superior to that of the control group (P〈0. 05). The concentration of ET-1 decreased and NO increased significantly after treatment(all P〈0. 05). The difference was significant in Maixuekang capsules group compared with the control group after the treatment (P〈0. 05). CONCLUSION Maixuekang capsules could obviously improve neurological function, vascular endothelium function and cerebral blood flow in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
