摘要
针对空间网状可展开天线对高强高模绳索的需求,研制了二维编织包芯结构绳索。采用岛津万能试验机对不同编织工艺参数的试样进行拉伸性能测试,分析包芯绳索不同于其他结构绳索的拉伸断裂机制和破坏模式。结果表明:二维编织包芯结构绳索,外观均匀,结构稳定,纤维强力利用率高,可以满足绳索高强高模,低延伸率和轻质的要求;编织工艺参数对包芯绳索的强力和断裂伸长率影响较大,编织角大的编织纱对芯纱包缠紧密,芯纱纤维比例大的绳索可以发挥包芯结构的优势;试样在拉伸过程中,芯纱是主要的承力部分,编织纱对芯纱起到束缚和保护作用。
Two-dimensional(2-D) braided structure cored rope was studied to satisfy requirement of large net-shaped deployable antenna to high-strength and high-modulus rope.Shimadzu universal testing machine was used to test the tensile strength of the samples with different braiding parameters,and the tensile fracture mechanism and failure mode there of were analyzed.The results showed that the Z-D braided rope had uniform appearance,stable structure and high fiber strength utilization rate,and can satisfy requirment of high strength,high modulus and low elongation;braiding parameters had great impact on the rope strength and reaking elongation braiding yarn with large braiding angle wrapped the core yar tightly;the greater proportion of core yarn fibers has,the more obvious advantages of the core structure was;and in the tensile test process,the core yarn was the main load-bearing part,and braiding yarns played a role of binding and protection to the core yarn.
