摘要
纺织机械具有工艺性强,结构复杂,零件多等特点,为解决纺织机械产品设计过程中遇到的耦合设计问题,将可拓学中转换桥方法引入耦合问题消解研究。提出一种结合故障树分析可拓学进行解耦的方法。由故障树分析法确定耦合问题的核问题,进而对耦合核问题进行形式化描述,据此构造出公理设计下基于转换桥的解耦模型,并给出解耦流程。并以加捻卷绕系统振动和磨损问题验证了方法的有效性和可行性。
Textile machinery has many features such as sophisticated process,complex structure and large parts number and so on.For solving coupling design problems encountered in the process of textile machinery designing,the transforming bridge in extension theory was introduced to clear up the coupling problem.Decoupling method of extension theory was proposed after analyzing the relationship between coupling problem of axiomatic design and opposite problem of extension theory.The formal description was made on coupled nuclear issue which was confirmed by the fault tree analysis.Hereby decoupling model and decoupling process of axiomatic design based on the conversion bridge were constructed.An example of vibration and wearing of the twisting winding system verifies the validity and feasibility of the method.
