肝豆状核变性移植治疗进展
摘要
肝豆状核变性又称Wilson病（WD），是一种遗传性铜代谢障碍性疾病，铜代谢异常导致铜沉积于肝、神经等组织引起损伤，其致病基因ATPTB主要在肝脏表达，药物治疗往往具有治标不治本的局限性，移植治疗可以提供正常肝组织，能够不同程度地改善患者的铜代谢障碍。目前移植治疗正在迅速发展，本文将对此进行介绍。
