服务外包关系质量及其对服务外包企业绩效的影响 被引量:5

摘要 服务外包关系划分为契约型外包关系和伙伴型外包关系两种类型。从信任机制、风险共担和利益共享、服务外包质量等三个维度来分析服务外包关系质量及其对服务外包企业绩效的具体影响机理,可得出如下结论:服务外包企业通过建立伙伴型外包关系,增强信任机制、实现风险共担和利益共享、提高服务外包质量,能够改善服务外包关系质量,从而提高服务外包企业绩效,带动服务外包业和整个国民经济的发展。
