对于IgA肾病牛津病理分型验证现状的分析 被引量：14

摘要 IgA肾病是目前世界范围最常见的原发性肾小球疾病，其诊断完全依赖于肾活检病理。IgA肾病的病理表现复杂多样，病变严重程度与临床表现和肾脏预后密切相关。一直以来没有一个被广为接受的病理分型[1-2]。
