左肾动脉瘤自发性破裂术后8年肾功能稳定一例

摘要肾动脉瘤发生率低，自发性破裂更是罕见，一旦发生，病死率极高，需紧急手术，若行肾动脉结扎术则患者。肾功能严重下降。现将我院收治的1例左肾动脉瘤自发性破裂行肾动脉结扎术后8年肾功能仍稳定的患者报道如下。
