构建南水北调中线水源地生态经济区的思考

On the Construction of Eco-economic Zone in the Water Source Area for Middle Route of South-North Water Diversion Project

在对南水北调中线水源地（河南）四县（市）进行调研的基础上，提出了构建南水北调中线水源地生态经济区的构想和举措，以期促进水源地加快转变经济发展方式、构建生态产业体系，增强区域可持续发展能力，为推进中原经济区建设和确保南水北调中线中原区生态安全提供决策参考。

For taking advantage of endowment and protecting the environment and promoting economic devel- opment continuously, the paper holds that an eco-economic zone should be established in the water source area for middle route of south-north water diversion project（Henan Province）. It is an indemnification of the water source area＇ s economic which can develop faster and better, and also a guarantee of the south-north water diver- sion project＇s ecological security.
