摘要
东海某气田CEP平台污水处理系统扩容改造是基于原系统无法满足新工况下100 m3/d的处理需求提出的。经过严谨的核算和方案论证,放弃了可行性研究中提出的更换大排量水力旋流器的设想,转而选择核心技术为改性纤维滤芯的新型GOS精密油水分离器。改造后,新系统相比老系统具有更大的处理量和更高的处理能力,降低了排海污水的含油浓度,具有现实的减排意义。
The expansion and modification of the wastewater treatment system the 100 m3/d treatment necessity under new working conditions, could not be having strict calculation and project discussion ,the assumption of changing th at CEP platform is proposed, based on satisfied by the original system. After e hydrocyclone with higher tonnage in the study of feasibility has been given up,but chosen a new type of GOS precise oil-water separator with modified fiber cartridge. After the modification, the new system has higher treatment quantity and capacity than the old sys- tem. And,the oil-bearing concentration of wastewater discharged to the sea is lowered,having emission-reduction meaning.
