逆流式铁粉末磁选机及其在镀锌线循环水处理中的应用

摘要 钢铁厂在钢带表面镀锌之前需要对钢带进行清洗,在冷轧过程中需要对钢带表面进行冷却。循环使用的清洗液和冷却液中含有大量的铁粉末。循环液中的铁粉末会导致镀锌缺陷和轧制缺陷。介绍了一种逆流式铁粉末磁选机,并将其用于去除循环液中含有的铁粉末。该设备在马钢股份公司1#镀锌生产线3 a的实际使用中,单循环除铁率高达98.7%,其性能完全满足钢铁厂对于除铁的要求。 The surface of steel strips must be washed before galvanizing, and cooled when the steel strips are in cold rolling process in iron and steel companies. The cleaning liquid and cooling liquid used for circulating contain lots of iron powder. The iron powder in circulating liquid may cause galvanizing flaws and rolling flaws. A kind of counter- flow-type iron powder magnetic separator is introduced. The separator is especially used for removing the iron powder contained in circulating liquid. It has been used for 3 a in No. 1 zinc galvanizing production line, Maanshan Iron and Steel Co. The results show that its single circulating iron removing rate is as high as 98.7%. Its performance can completely meet the iron removing requirements for iron and steel works.
