摘要 在当前先进的技术条件下,煤炭系统相关部门已将工业机械自动化作为一项新技术革新手段应用于生产运行,以满足煤炭工业系统发展的要求。在基于对现有煤炭工业机械自动监控技术研究的基础上,文章提出了一种基于ScadACS技术的运行性能监控系统,实现了基于在线动态模拟的煤炭工业运行故障监控与处理,并提出了相应的运行管理对策。 In the current conditions industrial machinery automation as a of advanced technology, coal means used in the production has the relevant parts of of new technical innovations to run, to systems development to meet the requirements of the coal industry. In this paper, based on the existing coal industry, mechanical self-monitoring technology based on the research, this paper presents a technique based on ScadACS run performance monitoring system, the establishment of a dynamic simulation based online fault monitoring and operation of coal processing industry, and put forward the corresponding operation and management strategies.
