摘要
针对传统桥式起重机电气拖动系统能耗大、效率低、低速起动力矩小等问题,采用变频技术对桥式起重机电气拖动系统进行改造。介绍了桥式起重机变频调速系统的组成,对桥式起重机起升机构的制动方式、防止溜钩的控制过程进行了分析。改造后的系统运行平稳,定位准确,安全性、可靠性大幅提高。
T force of at cranes is conversion 'o solve the problems of large power consumption, low efficiency and small moment of low speed in traditional drive systems of bridge cranes, the drive system in bridge transformed by using frequency conversion technique. The composition of frequency speed regulating in the drive system of bridge cranes is introduced. The brake of lifting mechanism and the control of against slip accident are analysed. The system after transformation runs smoothly and position accurately. The safety and reliability are improved greatly.
