工控机在浸渗生产线中的应用

Application of IPC in Impregnation Product Line

浸渗生产线中,多工位、多品种的同时生产对自动控制系统提出了较高的要求。文章结合某企业浸渗生产线全自动研制项目,重点给出浸渗线上工控机对全线自动控制与监控功能的实现方案,达到了操作简单、工艺灵活、生产稳定高效的目标。

In the impregnation product line, the parallel produce of the multi-station and multitype, has nmre string ent requirements aiming at the auto-control system. To solve the autocontrol of impregnation product line, the auto-control project based on IPC is presented. The practical experiment shows this project has the advantages of simple operation, handy technique plan and .stabilization.
