摘要
通过对NC嵌入PC数控系统交流伺服系统的深入研究,结合某校数控中心的实际,设计出一个对两坐标X-Y工作台的位置控制的伺服系统。该系统采用了GT-400-SV运动控制卡Pasonic交流伺服驱动器来实现。测试结果表明:该硬件连接、软件通讯和位置控制方式能够满足学生实训要求,同时也可以应用于工业现场生产。
The NC system embedded PC-depth study of AC servo system, combined with our CNC centers of the actual, a servo system which controls two coordinates XY table position is designed.
