摘要
目的建立三桠苦叶的HPLC指纹图谱并对其进行化学模式识别。方法采用HPLC法对19批三桠苦叶进行指纹图谱构建,运用指纹图谱参数共有峰和相似度进行分析,并对图谱进行聚类分析和主成分分析。结果建立了三桠苦叶的HPLC指纹图谱,得到了12个共有峰,相似度在0.69~0.98,19批药材聚成3类。结论三桠苦叶的HPLC指纹图谱的构建和化学模式的识别为更全面地控制该药材的质量提供方法。
Objective To establish the HPLC fingerprint and chemical pattern recognition for leaf of Melicope pleteifolia. Methods We established the fingerprints for 19 batches of leave of Melicope pleteifolia by HPLC, and analyzed the fingerprints with cluster analysis and principal component analysis with the common peak and similarity of fingerprints as the parameters. Results HPLC fingerprint was established for leaves of Melicope pteleifolia and 12 common peaks were present. The similarities were 0.69-0.98. Nineteen batches of the medicinal material were clus tered into 3 kinds. Conclusion HPLC fingerprint and chemical pattern recognition will supply reference for quality control of leaves of Melicope Dleteifolia.
