摘要
目的建立鸦胆子油口服乳液中油酸的含量测定方法。方法采用气相色谱(GC)法,色谱柱为极性毛细管柱(DB-WAX 30 m×0.25 mm,0.25μm);检测器:FID;柱温程序升温:起始温度180℃,以每分钟10℃升至200℃,保持1 min,再以每分钟10℃升至220℃,保持10 min。结果油酸在0.233~2.370μg范围内具有良好的线性关系(r=0.99998),油酸的平均回收率为98.6%,RSD为2.5%。结论该方法简便准确,重现性好,专属性强,可用于鸦胆子油口服乳液的质量控制。
Objective To establish an gas chromatography(GC) method for the determination of oleic acid in Fructus Bruceae Oil Oral Emulsion. Methods GC was equipped with FID detector, and a DB-WAX (3.0 mxO.25 ram, 0.25 ~m) capillary column was used. The temperature program of column oven was as follows: initial temperature at 180 ℃, increasing the temperature at a rate of 10 ℃min-1 to 200 ℃, maintaining for 1 min, then increasing at a rate of 10 ℃min-1 to 220 ℃, maintaining for 10 min. Results The results showed a good linearity(r=0.99998) of oleic acid between 0.233-2.370 ug. The average recovery was 98.6 % and RSD 2.5 %. Conclusion The method is simple, ac curate and specific. It can be used for the quality control of Fructus Bruceae Oil Oral Emulsion.
