摘要 为了实现对矿井提升机系统实时有效的监控和管理以及远程故障诊断功能,将传感器技术、射频技术、智能处理技术与工业以太网、无线传感网、互联网相结合,把物联网技术的应用领域扩展到矿井提升机系统,构建了提升机感知系统。在此基础上,从功能设计、硬件配置、软件设计以及系统安全等方面对提升机感知系统进行全面分析,最后将设计的矿井提升机感知系统应用于开滦集团东欢坨矿提升机系统中,并进行就地监控、远程监控、状态感知与故障诊断等试验,结果表明提升机系统的故障诊断能力与可靠性有了较大提高。 In order to have on time and effective monitoring and management as well as a remote fault diagnosis function of the mine hoist system, in combination with the sensor technology, radio-frequency technology, intelligent treatment technology, industrial ethernet, wireless sensing network and internet, the application area of the internet of things was expanded to the mine hoist system and to establish the perception system of the hoist. Based on the circumstances, a full analysis was conducted on the perception system of the mine hoist from the function design, hardware allocation, software design, system safety and others. Finally, the design on the perception system of the mine hoist was applied to the mine hoist system of Donghuantuo Mine, Kailuan Group. The site monitoring and control, remote monitoring and control, status perception, fault diagnoses and other test were conducted. The results showed that the fault diagnoses capacity and the reliability of the hoist system had been highly improved.
