非电离辐射损伤药物防治的研究进展

摘要 当今社会,随着广播、电视、通信、交通运输、电力事业的迅速发展,工业、科研、医疗设备的大量增加和各种家用电器的日益普及,微波、电磁脉冲、极低频电磁场、静电磁场等非电离辐射已成为威胁人类健康的重要环境因素之一。已有的研究结果显示,一定剂量的上述非电离辐射具有广泛的生物损伤效应,可引起脑、生殖、心血管、免疫和眼等的损伤,轻者出现头晕、失眠、记忆力减退、免疫功能降低、性欲减退及白细胞减少;重者可致神经错乱、心律失常、性功能低下.远后期可出现白血病、癌症、不育、白内障等,高剂量急性辐射还可致实验动物死亡^[1-2]。
