摘要
查新检索机构需要对长期积累的用户进行忠诚度和利润分析,找出关键用户,并采取CIO(首席信息官)负责制方式向其开展推送相关情报产业链的服务,为关键用户设计并推送提醒式、关怀式和增值型的信息服务内容。对关键用户资源整合,以达到某种信息服务的目的,实现"用户资源动起来,服务内容动起来,信息人员动起来"。这样不仅实现了用户在研究型图书馆内部的有效流转,还可提升查新检索机构的可持续发展能力。
The key users can be analyzed upon their loyalty or profits by the agent of novelty searching and retrieval from the service users for many years,and thereupon the deepened information industry chain service including remindful,careful and value-added information service can be designed and sent to the key users by the CIO(Chief Information Officer)group.Furthermore,the resource of key users can be integrated to realize a certain information service,and the user resource,information chain and librarian can interplay quite well.All these can achieve the effective transfer of the users in the academic library,and improve the sustainable development ability of the agent of novelty searching and retrieval.
