当前中国高等教育中的制度化现象——中国高校运作机制的组织社会学分析

Reflections on Some Institutionalized Phenomena in China's Higher Education

随着中国高等教育向大众化方向的迅速发展,高校在组织制度与运作机制上呈现出越来越明显的制度化趋势,这势必造成高等教育脱离了自身的内在教育逻辑,而过度迎合外部的各种社会期望或制度要求,其结果必然是不仅造成大量的教育形式主义,也使高等教育丧失了应具有的自主性和独立性。因此,当前高等教育需要扭转此过度制度化趋势,并在理性化逻辑与制度化逻辑之间确立一种平衡。

With the rapid popularized transformation of higher education in China, more and more colleges and universities become institutionalized in the organizational institutions and operating mechanisms, which turns out to disturb the internal logic of higher education and compel it to overwhelmingly satisfy all kinds of social expectations or institutional requires. So there are so many ritualized problems in higher education, and higher education loses its autonomy and independence. In order to stop this tendency towards institutionalization in higher education, there should be a balance between the logic of rationalization and that of institutionalization.
