摘要
中国"顶岗支教"与美国"为美国而教"教育项目通过与薄弱地区中小学校的合作,为解决两国农村地区、落后地区教育均衡发展做出了有益尝试,但二者在支教主体、模式、管理机构与经费来源等方面却各有特点。对二者进行比较研究,有利于进一步发展和完善我国的"顶岗支教"工作。
the "In-post Teaching Practice'in China and "Teach for America"in the United States are replacement of teaching projects, they have solved the educational problems and have made great contributions for the balanced development of education in the backward rural areas though the cooperation of the Schools in the weak area. But the two teaching projects have their characteristics on the"teaching staff", "teaching mode", "management mechanism"and"funding sources".A comparative study of the two teaching projects will further and improve the"In-post Teaching Practice'in China.
