低碳经济视野下企业碳排放的博弈分析

The Game Analysis of Carbon Emission in the View of Low-Carbon Economy

以政府和企业的视角建立碳排放的一般均衡模型来分析环保政策执行力和碳排放力度,以此为契点构建包括政府、企业、社会三者统一的博弈模型,并分别梳理不同约束条件下的博弈关系,指出了限制碳排放乃至建设低碳社会的局部均衡和一般均衡条件。基于此,应从政府、企业和社会公众三个层面着手来建设低碳社会。

Through building a general equilibrium model of carbon emission with the vision of government and enterprise, the paper analyzes environmental policies and carbon emissions intensity, here by constructing game model which including government, enterprise and society, equally heckling game relation in different constrained condition, indicating partial equilibrium condition and general equilibrium condition of carbon emission limited or even low-carbon society constructed. Based on this, it should through government, enterprise and society to construct low-carbon society.
