摘要
本文在对首届免费师范毕业生的就业状况进行统计描述的基础上,对就业结果、就业满意度的影响因素进行计量回归分析。实证研究表明,个人素质和国家相关政策是决定免费师范毕业生顺利就业和就业满意度高低的关键因素。文章据此提出加强免费师范生的学习、完善师范生免费教育政策和适当调整免费师范生的课程设置等建议。
Based on a statistical description of the employment situation of the first batch of tuition-free normal university graduates, the paper conducts a regression analysis of the influencing factors of the outcome and satisfaction degree of employment. The research shows that personal quality and national policies are vital factors influencing employment and its satisfaction degree. The paper also puts forward some suggestions including enhancing the learning capabilities of tuition-free normal university graduates, improving relevant policies and adjusting the curriculum settings for these students.
