摘要
2009年1月—2011年5月我科42例结核病治疗患者发生不良反应,经对症治疗和护理,32例不良反应消失,8例减轻,2例因多器官功能衰竭死亡。早期发现患者服药后出现的不良反应,采取有效的护理措施帮助患者早日康复。
42 patients who diagnosed as the adverse reactions to anti-tuberculosis drugs were given proper treatment and nursing in our hospital from January 2009 to May 2011. 40 patients got better after treatment. However, 2 patients died of multiple organ failure. Early detection of the adverse reactions to antituberculosis drugs, and effective nursing can help the patients recovery.
