摘要
针对信息资源开发体制与机制、文献资源开发方式与途径、信息资源结构与信息采集方式以及信息服务方式4个问题提出建设性意见。
Puts forward some suggestions on library reform in four aspects: the system and organization of developing information resource, the approach to and mode of developing information resource, the structure of information resource and the methods of gathering information, and the mode of information service.
