摘要
在收集和调查凌海市土地利用现状的基础上,分析土地退化的原因,提出凌海市土地资源保护规划的总体目标、主要任务及保护措施等,以期为凌海生态市建设创造有利条件。
On the basis of collecting and investigating the present status of land resources utilization in Linghai city,the paper analyzed the cause of land deterioration,thus provided the general goal of protection plan of land resources,as well as the main task and measures in the hope of creating a favorable condition for Ecotypic City Construction in Linghai city.
