摘要
近年来,大学生就业问题受到全社会的极大关注,尤其是女大学生就业难的问题成为众多专家学者经常讨论的话题之一,女性就业歧视一直以来是就业市场的顽疾。通过对某医学院校女大学生就业歧视的现状、原因进行分析,提出解决对策,希望在传统观念、女性自身素质、法律等方面得以改善,以改变女大学生就业歧视的不理想现象。
The employment of graduates has been attracted more and more attention in recent years,especially the employment discrimination for female college students which is discussed by a lot of people.The paper discussed the current situation and the reasons of the problem and put forward some suggestions to improve the situation from the perspective of the law,the quality and the concept.
