FOCUS超声刀与高频电刀切除混合痔疗效对比

Comparison of FOCUS ultrosonic scalpel excision and high-frequency electrosurgical excision for mixed hemorrhoids

目的探讨FOCUS超声刀在混合痔切除术中的临床疗效。方法将80例混合痔患者分为2组,全部采用传统的M-M方式切除,治疗组使用FOCUS超声刀,对照组使用普通高频电刀。结果本研究所有患者手术成功,治疗组手术时间、术中出血、术后疼痛、肛门坠胀感、术后肛周水肿等方面疗效均优于对照组,治疗组住院时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义。2组患者均无术后大出血、肛门狭窄及肛门失禁,随访6个月,均未见复发。结论 FOCUS超声刀切除混合痔与高频电刀相比具有操作方便灵巧,止血效果更为确切,且安全有效,切实可行。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of FOCUS ultrasonic scalpel excision in a mixed hemorrhoidectomy.Methods Eighty-three patients with mixed hemorrhoids were divided into two groups.Both groups were applied with the traditional ways of M-M removal with the treatment group using FOCUS ultrasonic scalpel and the control group normal high-frequency electric knife.Results All patients in the study had successful surgery.The operation time,blood loss,postoperative pain,heavy feeling in the anus and perianal edema were obviously better in the treatment group than the control group.The hospital stay of the treatment group was significantly shorter than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant.All patients of the two groups had no postoperative bleeding,stenosis and incontinence.No collapse was seen in a follow-up of six months.Conclusion Compared with the high-frequency electric knife excision,FOCUS ultrasonic scalpel excision has easier operation and faster hemostatic effect in removing mixed hemorrhoids.It is safer and thus more practical.
