循证护理在防治乳腺癌患者PICC置管异位中的应用

目的应用循证护理探讨防治乳腺癌患者外周导入中心静脉置管(PICC)异位中的有效措施,以达到顺利置管,减少并发症的目的。方法提出临床实践中的护理问题,查阅文献,评价相关实证,将实证与临床知识和经验相结合,制定并实施护理计划。结果实施循证护理后乳腺癌患者PICC置管异位率明显减少。结论循证护理方法可有效预防和减少乳腺癌患者PICC置管中的异位。
