急性有机磷农药中毒致呼吸衰竭行机械通气的护理

Mechanical ventilation nursing of patients with respiratory failure caused by acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning

目的探讨急性有机磷农药中毒致呼吸衰竭患者行机械通气的护理方法。方法对40例急性有机磷农药中毒致呼吸衰竭患者行机械通气的护理过程及效果进行回顾性分析。结果本组36例治愈出院,自动出院4例,抢救成功率90.0%。结论急性有机磷农药中毒导致呼吸衰竭救治的关键是机械通气。同时加强机械通气过程中的护理,严密观察病情变化,监测和调整呼吸机参数,加强气道管理,预防感染,重视心理护理,能提高治愈率,减少并发症,促进患者早日康复。

Objective To investigate the mechanical ventilation nursing strategies for patients with respiratory failure caused by acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning, Methods Forty patients with respiratory failure caused by acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning received mechanical ventilation. The effect and the nursing process were analyzed retrospectively. Results A total of 36 patients were cured and discharged, and 4 patients gave up treatment. The success rate reached 90 %. Conclusion The key to treat acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning with respi- ratory failure is mechanical ventilation. In the course of mechanical ventilation, nursing should be intensified with a close observation of patients＇ conditions. The respirator parameters should be monitored and properly adjusted. The airway management should be enhanced to prevent infection. Equal attention should be paid to the psychological nursing. All of these measures can reduce complications and contribute to the early recovery of patients.
