大黄及芒硝联合治疗急性胰腺炎的护理

Nursing of acute pancreatitis patients treated with rhubarb and mirabilite

目的探讨大黄及芒硝联合治疗急性胰腺炎的护理。方法对21例急性胰腺炎患者在采用禁食、胃肠减压、抗感染、补液、抑制胰腺炎分泌等基础上,实施大黄鼻饲、灌肠及芒硝外敷,同时做好患者用药前后的护理。结果 20例均痊愈出院,平均住院13 d,1例转上级医院治疗。治疗后腹痛、腹胀等自觉症状逐渐得到改善,血、尿淀粉酶随之恢复正常。结论大黄灌服及芒硝外敷联合应用并精心护理,用于重症胰腺炎患者的腹胀腹痛效果显著。

Objective To rhubarb and mirabilite. Methods explore the nursing of acute pancreatitis patients treated with Twentyone acute pancreatitis patients received nasal feeding, enema of rhubarb and external application of mirabilite in addition to fasting, gastrointestinal decompression, use of antibacterial drugs, rehydration and inhibition of pancreatic secretion. Mean- while, good nursing was provided before and after patients took medicine. Results Twenty patients were cured with an average hospital stay of 13 days. Only 1 patient was transferred to other hospital for better treatment. After treatment, the symptoms such as abdominal pain and bloating gradually disappeared. Subsequently, the blood and urinary amylase returned back to the normal. Conclusion Combined treatment of rhubarb and external application of mirabilite, along with intensive care for patients, has a desirable effect on patients with acute pancreatitis.
