摘要
目的探讨行内镜下逆行胰腺管造影术(ERCP)患者的护理方法。方法有针对性地对26例行ERCP的患者围术期采取护理措施,进行细致的护理研究,总结出一系列的整体护理措施。结果通过有效的护理措施保证了ERCP的成功,降低ERCP术后并发症的发生,本组患者均取得良好的治疗效果。结论内镜下逆行胰腺管造影术,细致精心的观察与有效的护理相结合是治疗成功关键之一。
Objective To investigate the nursing strategies for patients after endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography （ERCP）. Methods Perioperative nursing measures were implemented to twentysix patients with routine ERCP. Nursing research was carefully carried out and a series of holistic nursing measures were summarized. Results Effective nursing measures can en- sure the success of ERCP and reduce the post ERCP complications. All patients achieved good therapeutic effect. Conclusion The combination of endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography, close observation and effective nursing care are key to a successful treatment.
