临床护理路径在慢性乙型肝炎患者抗病毒治疗中的应用

Application of clinical nursing pathway in chronic hepatitis B patients with antiviral therapy

目的探讨临床护理路径（CNP）在慢性乙型肝炎（CHB）患者抗病毒治疗中的应用效果。方法对2009年12月-2010年5月收治46例慢性乙型肝炎患者实施临床护理路径，与2009年6月-11月收治的46例进行比较，分析实施临床护理路径前后CHB患者的治疗依从性、患者满意度及住院时间、复发率等情况。结果实施CNP后，慢性乙型肝炎患者治疗依从性及满意度均提高，而住院时间和1年随访复发率均较之前减少，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05或0．01）。结论应用CNP可以改善患者治疗依从性、提高满意度，并且缩短住院时间、降低复发率，具有社会和经济双重效益。

Objective To explore the effects of clinical nursing pathway in chronic hepatitis B patients with antiviral therapy. Methods Clinical nursing pathway was performed in 46 patients with chronic hepatitis B from Dec. 2009 to May 2010. The compliance, patients satisfaction, hos- pital duration and recurrence rate were compared with those of the control group. Results After the application of clinical pathway, the compliance and patient satisfaction were improved markedly. Besides, the hospital duration and recurrence rate were reduced significantly （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway brings social and economic benefits, which can effectively improve the compliance and patients＇ satisfaction, and also reduce the hospital duration and recurrence rate.
