摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定木兰科植物翼梗五味子中五味子酯甲含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,Diamonsil C18(250mm×4.6 mm,4mm);流动相为四氢呋喃-水(40:60),检测波长为254nm,柱温为35℃,流速为1.0ml/min。结果:五味子酯甲在0.04592~4.592 mg范围内线性关系良好。平均回收率为98.3%(RSD=0.4%)。结论:本法简单、准确,重复性好,可用于翼梗五味子药材的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a determination method of Schisantherin A in Schisandra henryi Clarke. by HPLC. Methods: The determination was carried out on a Diamonsil C18 column (250mm × 4:6 mm, 4mm) ; with Tetrabydrofuran - Water solu- tion (40: 60) as mobile phase, detection wavelength at 254nm. Result: The Schisantherin A linear ranger is 0. 04592-4. 592mg. The average recoveries is 98. 3% (RSD =0. 4% ). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reliable and can be used for quality control of Schisandra henryi Clarke.
