原发性肠道淋巴瘤与克罗恩病临床病理特征比较分析 被引量：2

摘要 原发性肠道淋巴瘤与克罗恩病患者在临床表现、辅助检查结果方面存在较多重叠，但治疗方法和预后相差悬殊，两者的鉴别一直是临床尚未解决的难题。本研究在收集我院近10年来的原发性肠道淋巴瘤与克罗恩病手术病例资料的基础上，探讨两者在病变形态学方面的差异，以期发现有价值的鉴别诊断指标供临床参考。
