内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗早期胃癌及癌前病变的临床评价 被引量：14

摘要 近年来，随着内镜技术的发展，内镜黏膜下剥离术（endoscopy submucosal dissection，ESD）逐渐成为一种切除消化道早癌及癌前病变的微创治疗手段。本研究对50例早期胃癌及癌前病变应用改良的针形钩刀、IT刀进行ESD治疗，探讨ESD的疗效和安全性。
